Dont know how the attorneys are, but the FIRST impression with the front receptionist is the reason i would not want to encounter this law firm. Today was unsettling because i encountered the front desk receptionist Octavia. She was rude, very unprofessional & unpleasant to talk to. I called to the office due to miscommunication with the attorney Courtney. Although she has been pleasant to work with, it was Octavia that has made my review on here a 1 star! I called to speak with Courtney after emails had been sent, & voicemails had been left 3 days prior. When explained to Octavia she disregarded what i said and replied "you need to keep calling , i cant reach her she is not on the same floor as me or i can transfer you to Kim" . As an attorney I know that you hope you never need an attorney. My son was in a minor car accident that was not even his fault while driving the truck I purchased for him.
