I regret ever hiring Wallace Francis as my attorney. My experience with him was not only disappointing but deeply concerning. He demonstrated a blatant disregard for ethics, the law, and basic standards of professionalism. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, and I often felt misled or outright ignored. More troubling, however, were actions that appeared not only unethical but possibly unlawful — including misrepresenting facts, mishandling sensitive information, and showing clear bias and hostility when questioned. If it wasn't for Wallace I wouldn't have the relationship and bond with my boys today. He knows how to advocate for the best interests of the kids. That's the win! Don't hesitate to call him for custody conflict resolution and get back to being the best parent/s you can be.

I saw this guy give a talk about divorce and family law in Sonoma County and he seemed authentic. Seemed driven more to educate people on the process rather than trying to score billable hours. Hopefully I don't ever need a lawyer for family law in Santa Rosa, but if do, I'm calling him.
