They never gave me a chance or listen to my case, respectfully. In addition, it took longer than the 48 hours they claimed for a response. I found them by seeing a blog they had written. UPDATE: Thank you for replying back and helping me understand your process. I have updated the review since your intake specialist recommended another attorney who could assist. I spoke with them and they were very helpful.

They took a month to let me know they couldn't help. Unprofessional process and people.

Worked with 2 attorneys in the Raleigh office over the course of about 6 months. Of course it cost a great deal of money. At one point they charged me an additional 2500 for a conversation between the two of them that lasted mere minutes. I know this because I was present. Ultimately, I realized they weren't on my side or working for me, they were working for themselves. Although this doesn't surprise anyone about the legal profession, it's still a disappointment. At the very least they should have told me from the beginning what they knew for a fact; that my employer took advantage of a federal loophole to get away with gender discrimination and I would never see justice done. Ward and Smith definitely duped me into believing that I had a case.

I could not say enough good things about the team at Ward and Smith. As a recent first time entrepreneur, I encountered situations that I was unfamiliar with and they helped me navigate through them with very successful outcomes. It's rewarding and gratifying to have a team you trust. Highly recommend them!
