I was part of a settlement and after 8 years we finally made some progress to see compensation. They asked for our information as some members have moved since the date of the incident. Not only were the checks mailed out at the very last day of the year. They supposedly sent the checks to the wrong address. Despite communication ahead of time to confirm our new addresses. What is so disheartening is since discovering they sent the checks to the wrong address. They have gone quiet and are not responding to emails or voicemails.
