Nancy is extremely unprofessional and lacks urgency. She refuses to make herself available by phone. She ignores emails, gets smart via email when called out on things she is missing. She attempted to have me sign paperwork I had never seen before via mobile notary TWICE. She had me go to her office to have a form notarized, one that I inquired about prior to omitting to sign, telling me to defer to my attorney. Then had the nerve to email saying it was required - didn’t I ask you in the first place? Has no communication with her clients, is just an organized mess. The WORST experience with an attorney I have ever had. Would never ever recommend in life. Zero stars. Negative stars. Needs a new profession.

We had not updated our wills in over 20 years, and we contacted Nancy Wasdin at Wasdin Law LLC to help us. When we met with her in her office for the preliminary information, she was well-prepared, and had a series of questions ready for us to answer, as well as some recommendations as to how to best position our estate to make it easy for our kids when the time comes for them to execute our plan. There were a few decisions to be made, which she assigned to us as "homework". As soon as we got back to her with those answers, she stated that she would need a few days to finalize everything, and we scheduled our appointment to go over everything and sign the estate documents. Nancy is fantastic. She is really good at all she does and somehow makes law seem fun. She has been a closing attorney for me for nearly 11 years. She also did a great job sharing her estate planning knowledge with my Rotary Club. If she doesn't have an answer, she will find it. She works hard to make sure that everyone involved in a transaction feels comfortable and goes above and beyond in accomodating all parties.

Highly recommended. Nancy helped me with estate & trust planning. She is well organized and punctual. She provided sound advice for my situation. I would not hestitate to use her service again.

Be careful here with Wasdin Closing Group… I’m still fighting for more than a year and half to get my $50k back from Nancy Wasdin and she’s not taking ownership of this. First, she failed to identify a seller correctly and I lost $44k plus $6k in attorney fees to try to claim the title policy … ONLY to be told that the policy didn’t transfer over to my LLC and Nancy Wasdin, under her advisement ,did not tell me (she later admitted she didn’t know this would happen) that by transferring a property from a personal name over to an LLC with more than 1 member, the title policy will not transfer … So I’ve exhausted all my options and we’re getting ready to sue her personally and the firm and go after the E & O … I’m done playing games This would have gone away if she would have paid me back
