Extremely unprofessional. It’s been 3 years & im still getting the run around when I can actually get them to answer the phone. One of their ex employees Janet asked me for money to pay for her car & asked if I wanted to perform sexual favors for her friend for money & even said she’d come to my house to pick the money up! I thought once she was fired everything would be fine and my divorce would be processed and settled quickly but no I’m still waiting three years later. Just tried calling again and once again was told to wait that she’d check it out Monday.

I needed a copy of a judgment from several years ago and called for assistance. Jayne was incredibly helpful—professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. She clearly explained my options and guided me through the process, helping me move forward quickly so I could renew my passport on time. 10/10 would recommend!

Jayne handled my two separate Quitclaims in a highly professional manner. She is very knowledgeable and clearly explains the necessary process involved. This review is 100% factual even though Jayne will try and say otherwise. I went to the Long Beach branch of We The People in early March of 2024, paid the required fee, and left my workbook to be typed up so that I could file with the Court. I was told at the time that they were 'running about 3 weeks' when I asked Jayne if there was a timetable I could look forward to. So I waited for 3 weeks to pass, during which time I heard nothing and then came 4, 5, 6, 7 and even 8 weeks later and they ghosted me. Their voicemail was full 95% of the time so you cannot leave a message but on the rare occasion when it was not full I did leave messages which were IGNORED. I also tried emailing multiple times and this was also ignored. Luckily the Court has an online option to do what I needed to do s

Never use these people please, and save your money!!! They don't even deserve a one star... They took my money and never did the court paperwork they promised they would. They kept saying we never received the court checks. So I mailed them new checks and they confirmed they received them. Now, another year has gone by and still no court date nothing at all. They don't even reply to my messages or phone calls anymore. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
