If I could give them a zero I would give them a zero I called and the guy did not even let me speak before he told me that he could not help me I have at the time of calling already gone through probate court 5 or 6 times and we were at the very end of it and we only had like one or two things that that needed to be addressed and we really didn't know how to go about it and could have really used the help with the document process the guy Joe who answered the phone was not helpful at all whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend calling this place at all.

Joe was very easy to work with. As we were going through one of the most challenging situation in our lives, Joe managed to put us at ease by explaining the process thoroughly and made sure that we understood each steps taken. Our process took less longer than what we anticipated. Thanks to Joe for helping us file everything necessary for the court submission. He helped us close a chapter in our lives and provided us an opportunity to start a new one by taking care of the difficult part... the paperwork.

Mediocre at best. Not very good with communication giving directions with court documents, following up in a timely manner.
