Heidi has had my case for 3 years now. She dies not return phone calls for long periods of time. The same tends to happen with emails. She has cost me an incredible amount of money because of her neglect in getting my dad's estate probated. I've now been attempting to get back the original Trust and will that she insisted on keeping possession of three years ago and she is not responding. She's a very nice lady, but good luck getting anything done or getting her to respond in a reasonable period of time.
