We met with Ryan Henderson, he was very nice and seemed capable, after a couple weeks, I asked for a CV so that I can present his credentials to my family- his paralegal said she would send it- never received it- I called to ask why and she said that she wrote my email address wrong- then said it doesn't matter anyways, Ryan is not taking on any new cases. I emailed her later to get a recommendation for a trust attorney- no response. So strange because at the time of the meeting he was all in on representing my family. I was never rude....I am still shaking my head on how strange this was. I felt rejected, the least they could have done was respond to my email with a recommendation or an explanation as to why he could not provide us with one.

Their "free" consultation was not free. I asked before I booked as I was trying to find an trust attorney. None of the others charged me a free consult fee. I met with them about creating a trust and decided to go another route. I was there maybe 1 hour or less and received a bill almost 8 months after I spoke with them for $562.00. I paid them after much discussion because who is going to go up against an attorney. Their quote for a trust was also more than 3 times that of the trust attorney I finally went with. Shady shady shady.
