Over promised and under delivered. Tyler West told me my case and the plan was simple, my deadline of six weeks would be no problem, and then he ghosted me. Specifically, I met with Tyler and we made the plan. He initially responded to one email, validating my need for his help and offering options that outlined his role. I was feeling supported and secure in his promises. He then canceled our next meeting 30 minutes prior and then disregarded 4 of my emails, some begging for his response. I also left messages and even spoke to a couple front desk folks a few times. They were really nice and either took messages or he was right there saying, “I’ll call him back by the end of the day.” And then no response. Again, the front desk people were very kind and it’s worth noting they did not sound

Tyler can make you believe he can do the job early- a convincing salesman he is, but doesn’t have much to say after he fails badly. He fumbled a slam dunk case for us so badly I strongly suspect he took a pay off. His demeanor since that catastrophe only strengthens my suspicion- avoid this guy- he probably can’t get the job done & may even harm your situation.

Tyler is the worst attorney you could ever ask for. He is a great salesman at first he makes you think you’ll get everything you want but after the first two weeks he won’t respond to emails or answer calls. He does the bare minimum! He told me my bill was around 2000 for putting in a couple motions and having a couple minutes conversation and he will charge you for literally a couple minutes. My bill was over 3,000. He wants your money he don’t care about you or your case. He told me over two months ago that he put a motion into remove a protection order I had to call the court and find out that he just put one in yesterday. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t waste your time I promise you that you will regret it!

Tyler West is an incompetent little weasel. He'll take your retainer and make promises of action, then never follow through and ghost you completely. He never takes or returns calls. His strategy is just to steal your money and run.
