Thomas Lamont West was my attorney for many years and has been a dear friend since then. He is the most excellent attorney I have ever met. He doesn’t just represent you, he studies stacks of medical books in order to know his stuff. Have never seen anyone like him. In depositions and the court room he wins over the witnesses, jury and I have seen him make the Defentant like him. Watching this smooth talking attorney with that Southern Tennessee draw enthral every one who meets him. He is a hero for many in my book.

Great experience. Had an accident and they have been nothing but professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Was using a big firm and they were looking at taking 10k when my medical bills alone were 45k. Mr West is helping me through the whole process and infinitely better at communication, updating, information, and the whole process. Very personable. Make no mistake if you like big box and no personal service then this may not be your guy. But for me and everyone I know, he is the best.
