The secretary is very rude. Every time I have an encounter with this law firm, she is short and argumentative with me. She just provided me with information that I needed for an account and hung up on me - bad attitude. Stay away! I own several businesses and I would not tolerate any of my employees to transact with ANYone in the manor she does. I would fire them or retrain them. She is very disrespectful. There are ways to not answer questions or say "no" without being rude and disrespectful. If you are considering going with this law firm for a will or estate planning, please remember - your family will be dealing with the grief of loosing you. The last thing they need is to be dealing with this nastiness. RUN!

Our family has used this law firm for years. My father in law loved them and so do we. Fritz is our attorney, he is kind, always lets us know when he needs more information from us, and his secretary is very polite and efficient. We use Weyand & Weyand for both business and personal needs. Highly recommended!

Horrible. Such a shame in a small town. Been 5 years and can’t get them to call me back to settle my mother’s estate. When I call, the secretary tells me, “He’s not available and I don’t know what to tell you.” What do you mean you don’t know what to tell me? How about return my phone calls? How about do the job you were hired to do? Stay away if you want things done and treated respectfully and professionally as a client.

Do not use Erich Weyand. He has been nothing but problems. Every time you call his secretary says hes in a meeting out of the office & wont return until the next day. He charges every time you call, every time he sends any paperwork. Its been 2yrs & he still will not close out my father's estate even though all paperwork has been filled out on our end.

I ve used weyand brother for 15 yrs and never had a complaint or issue they didn't address.
