Absolutely not. This individual is an incompetent nightmare of an attorney. He had an elder sign a POA document AFTER they were diagnosed with dementia who has subsequently lost everything she owns to someone on the document and is now bedbound and destitute. Whatever you do, do not get service here. Legal zoom is cheaper and more competent.

Attorney White was professional, and explained the details of my property inquiry in concise, easy-to-understand language. He didn't rush, and I felt quite informed after meeting with him. When I asked a question about an area of law that wasn't his expertise, he was honest about it and even referred me to another attorney who could help me. I highly recommend him to others in Hanover County and beyond.

Doesn't know the law, rude and unprofessional. His email correspondence don't make any sense. It a very alarming. Doesn't remember anything. Doesn't respond. We sent him documentation, then he disappeared for weeks and never returned our calls. Stay away!

Wow, just called this guy. Asked if I could address him by his first name and he said call my Attorney White or Mr. Attorney and something else until we get to know each other. "What do you need" he asked. Then, stopped me right in the middle of my "ask" and said he has no time for me. He was quote rude. I had to close the call and hung up on him. My ask was just a simple review of my drafted contracts for real estate investing. He dismissed me in less than 20 seconds within the call. Go elsewhere is my advise.

This lawyer does not return phone calls, does not correspond with the court system. If you want a lawyer that works in a timely fashion this is not him. You will be waiting months for him to make any progress. I do not recommend. Look elsewhere. He has not responded to our phone calls for 3 weeks!!!
