I don’t usually write reviews unless I receive either exceptionally good or very poor service, and this experience absolutely deserves a great review. Our immigration lawyer and the entire team, especially paralegal Edisson Medina, were outstanding throughout my dad’s immigration process. They made us feel like family from day one and were always transparent and honest. A huge thank you to Edisson, who took the time to go over everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and truly made us feel welcomed and supported. I’m giving a 5 start to Edisson Medina the paralegal of my case cause through this process, he was always on top of it! Everything else is just a lot of money and they don’t truly care, so you have to be willing to pay for it and for what you can’t imagine you will pay for. At the end they helped me solve the issue which is positive, but this is my honest review so you know more or less what to expect!

I waited nine years to finally write this review about this awful firm. Why did I wait nine years? Because I was tied to them, and while my case was ongoing, I preferred to keep things civil. In 2018, this firm made a major mistake that caused my EAD (work permit) to be denied. Back then, they verbally agreed to resubmit my paperwork, cover the immigration fees, and waive their own fees as it was their error. One of the firm’s owners even spoke to me in an incredibly rude tone—as if I didn’t have every right to be upset after losing my job because of them. By 2022, USCIS finally scheduled my interview.
