Bill is a terrific mediator. There are two types of mediators, in my experience: (a) a conduit, who just relays offers and counteroffers back-and-forth, and tries to nudge the parties together; and (b) a mediator who tells the parties what he or she thinks of their positions, and has the credibility to make a party recognize, and account, in their settlement positions, for weaknesses in their case. The latter is the type of mediator I want, and that's the type of mediator that Bill is. I've been a civil litigator in Florida since around 1996, and I enthusiastically recommend Bill as a mediator for your civil litigation cases.

Bill Susman is an excellent mediator. He's patient and has the real ability to see the broader wants and needs of the litigants. This view allow him to bring people together.
