I was referred to this firm by a non local attorney who I trusted and respected to assist with a real estate matter. What I received was a complete disregard for questions and concerns I had, and a totally unprofessional, disrespectful and detrimental to my case response to an opposing attorney. Jay passed my case off to Joel Kurtz who has the equivalent authoritative ability of a neutered chihuahua. I have since inadvertently learned of another case that was slaughtered by Joel. Don’t waste a minute of your time. Joel did me the favor of excusing himself from my case as he stated apparently I did not have confidence in his ability. Never hire this firm if you need an attorney for anything at all.
