Horrible service! You would think if they say in an letter we can discuss a matter we would actually be able to discuss it instead the collection manager over the phone just talks over you acts like he is annoyed that you called and thinks he is above you. Wish I could give it zero stars

If I could give a 0 star review, I would. Very expensive for what we got. I didn’t feel like the attorney listened to our concerns or took information we felt was important seriously. A very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The coffee was hot and the bottled water was cold. Cordial and antiseptic.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had and some of the rudest people I have ever had to speak to.
