Horrible, horrible, horrible RUN DON'T WALK FROM THESE PEOPLE. Absolutely terrible service: no communication, they don't move cases forward, they don't follow-up, they are slow and always full of excuses. They don't do what they say they're going to do. They're incompetence and constant unexessary and unexplained delays have now caused damage to the Probating of my mother's estate. I read a bad review about these people when I was in the early stages of reviewing attorneys but thought maybe it was an outlier, but have now seen and experienced the same pattern of incompetence and unprofessionalism complained about by another former client. After I finish writing this, review, my wife and I are going to report them in writing to the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Worst service I received in my life. They will take your money and waste your time. The “receptionist” Brandi is a rude liar. Calls are never returned, promises are never kept.

Poor service felt like he would get attitudes with me when asking a question or telling him bout my day to day situations didn’t feel like he did his job good at all. Loved his paralegal though.

This one star rating should suffice. Otherwise go ahead and see what Troy Wilson does to you.
