They have horrible communication. You almost have to do the job for them. Such a waste of time. I’ve been calling for almost 2 months and leaving messages no answer or return of call. Simple car accident happened over a year ago. I could have done my own case!!!!!

I was referred to Mr. Wise from a friend of a friend. His staff in the front office/desk was welcoming and warm. Mr. Wise answered all of questions extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I did not like the experience I had with his assistant she is very cold, I felt rushed and almost as if I was annoying her with my questions. Other than that I would definitely use his services again. Great staff! Great Lawyer.

They are horrible a DO NOT recommend nobody to wise law 2 year Accident lsettlement i inly walked out with 3000 this guy Doug low ball me the girl total my car we won the case this lawyer doug which was my lawyer requested the lowest amount win i won my case don’t put your trust in wise they go against people they Represent!!!!

I only checked 1 star to make a statement, awful customer service, each time I spoke to someone it was because I called them. Had an accident in August 2023 found out in November the other company said I was 40% @fault. We r now in March 2024 and I still have yet to hear from k wise LLC as of yet. No we not or are going forward with the case no communication attempt on their part at all. So sorry I chose this firm not because I didn't win but due to the lack of unprofessional attitude. And the accident was not my fault. Wise LLC I need new paralegals

I have a claim with this lawyer and as of to date I haven't talked to anyone about my claim, I have no information about what's going on with my claim and when I call it's like they can't give me any updates, information and or status of my claim and that's very disheartening and kinda scary. So far my impression is to sit back and wait and that isn't the type of representation I was looking or hoping for. So far the communication sucks.
