Highly recommended! I needed assistance with some complicated details of my divorce and was looking for an attorney to review and prepare paperwork regarding the dissolution of a partnership. Richard Withers was incredibly helpful! He answered all of my very specific questions with patience, was thorough, insightful, and lighting fast! Richard Withers helped me with the sale of my business and he was amazing! There were time crunches where he went above and beyond (including weekends) to meet those deadlines. Mr. Harvey managed a binding arbitration for us against Straightline Construction LLC that involved a year of failed negotiations with the aggressive lawyer representing them. Nick Harvey was kind, fair, reasonable and honest. He represented us with the integrity we wished to maintain in this difficult process. He and his assistant, Clark, were VERY thorough. Going in to the arbitration we felt they had truly left no stone unturned. Mr. Harvey won our arbitration on all the complaints, including breach of contract and doing the work in a dangerous manner. We received our money back and all of our attorney fees. He was accessible and communicative.
