Where do you get off screwing over families with a lack of personal ethics. We trusted you to give us a fair chance, but you charged us money and never met with us, just the child and the other party, resulting in a restraining order on our family, while the other gets to spin lies and be believed. We hired you MONTHS ago and you've been worthless. Not seeing us for a meeting is honesty so unprofessional and down right either lazy or greedy. We regret choosing you as much as we can. Thanks for wasting what little we have and a year of time without our child. Shame!

Very disappointed, does not fight for you. Has little communication with clients. Picks clients from the streets. When she feels as she has lost, she abandons the case with a poor excuse. Do not recommend.

Absolute garbage! I deeply regret ever retaining XM Garcia at Law in Bakersfield. She took 4 years to finalize my case, wouldn't respond to phone calls, and doesn't fight for his clients—only endless delays to squeeze out more money! He is worse than other attorneys because he cares about nothing other than money; he took over $45,000 from me in those 4 years. On top of that, she is being investigated for incompetence by the California Bar.
