Wow! I only have good things to say about this company. They have created multiple living trusts for my family, friends and co-workers as well as myself. They have saved me time and money, made me feel safe and secure, and better yet, they have protected my only child for when I die and my property will transfer to her. I have asked everyone that has referred them or used them and they have only positive experiences to mention. Tosh is the best trust attorney in Sacramento in my humble opinion. I'm sorry the other clients do not see it that way but I did not use this law-firm for conservatorship so do not understand their complaints. Good luck with your future reviews~

This law firm is probably the worst experience that I have ever had with a lawyer. One of their attorneys, Dave Richardson, was completely inappropriate during the initial meeting with our family during what was a family crisis - making wise cracks about my brother's debilitating stroke in front of our family members when trying to initiate an urgent conservatorship. What was worse is that after two weeks of work and communication to get things moving, Mr. Richardson fumbled - then completely dropped - the ball in filing the necessary paperwork with the courts. If you care about yourself, your estate or your loved ones - I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Complete unethical hack! Completely bought off, working with another hack, Carolyn Young. They make a living off unlawfully and unethically declaring Young conservator over people, taking their money, putting them where they do not belong and then walking away with that person's money. They are directly responsible for my sister starving my mother to death when she got tired of dealing with her - Yamamoto and Young are guilty of fraud and murder.

A friend of mine was looking for a good Trust Attorney, and the word in the legal community was that Tosh is the best.
