BE CAREFUL. My husband and I went in and filled for joint divorce together. Sometime afterwards he decided he didn’t want a divorce anymore. He called her and canceled the divorce. She never called or emailed me asking if it was a mutual decision since we filed together. She just did what he said. Now I have to pay another $409 to file again. I will be reporting her to the board. It doesn’t seem fair that one person can cancel. Especially over the phone. Not professional at all.
