He’s a crook. Hired him for some probate work and some real estate closing work and he took forever, milking his retainer and hourly pay with almost no work to show for it. The real estate deal we had in place fell through because he took too long to do his part after both parties had agreed to a deal. When we approached him about going with a different lawyer, he threatened to hold all our documents hostage until he was paid for all the hours he documented as having put into the cases, way over the retainer we agreed to. Went to court over it where he lost and was to pay back some of the fees but he still refused to. Almost any other lawyer would be a better choice. He was a pest to deal with, like a mosquito with a law degree.

Mr. Yu had helped us to buy a new home recently and he had done an excellent job. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Because the deal was very complicated, but he was always on our side and protect our rights. He is one of the best lawyers, and the lawyer that we can trust
