A real con man, like Madoff, or Pearlman., Zonderman took a $34,000 bribe in order to preclude one side's case. Zonderman said on the record, ' the rules are whatever I say they are. We'll make them as we go," contrary to southern district of New York court ruling of mandatory due process.
