Review – Strong Warning I had an extremely negative experience with this attorney Zwerdling Oppleeman etc. and his office. He failed to return the balance of my money, did not fulfill the hours I was charged for, and did not properly represent me in Henrico VA Circuit Court. When it mattered most, he was completely unprepared and ineffective, costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars. In my opinion, he is unprofessional and unreliable. His office staff was rude and disrespectful, treating me as though I owed them something while providing no real assistance. Instead of delivering results, he bragged and overpromised, only to underdeliver and leave me in a worse position. I strongly recommend that no one use his services. Working w/ Attorney Oppleman was an amazing experience. I had previously worked w/an attorney w/ which, in working w/ Atty Oppleman, was found of malpractice. Jeff handled one of my reckless driving charges years ago. He was incredibly cocky claiming that he knew all the judges and prosecutors and it would be an easy case. He showed me his wall of "thank you" letters then said give me $1000. He overcharged me as an ignorant young adult. I had no communication till maybe a week before the court date and jeff said he knew the prosecutor and we could make a deal if i do 20 hours of community service.
