Scheduled an initial consultation call with Chelsea today which never happened. I emailed her on the provided ID to remind her of the meeting, there was no rescheduling or initiative taken or even a RESPONSE from the her/the firm. Extremely poor management and carelessness. If they cannot call you back/reschedule, how can I depend on them to take up a serious legal case which is going to cost me so much? Extremely disappointed.
