I’ve heard good things about your law firm. Could you please share your website or email address? I have a very straightforward question: what is your fee for an EB-3 application? I don’t believe a paid consultation is necessary just to ask about pricing.

I had a very disappointing experience with Thomas Choi Law Firm. When I initially called to schedule a consultation, I was not informed that there would be a $100 consultation fee. Even upon arriving at the office, no one mentioned anything about a fee or that payment was required before speaking to the attorney. Once I finally sat down with Mr. Choi, the entire conversation lasted no more than three minutes. I began explaining my immigration situation, and he quickly told me that he could help me—but gave no real explanation or legal insight. I had already spoken with two other immigration attorneys prior to this meeting, both of whom had given me detailed guidance and explained possible options, including filing different forms to pursue a green card.
