He managed a number of challenging aspects of a family trust for me ranging from power of attorney changes, properties, evictions, complex sibling relations, and a very very senior head of family. He gets things accomplished, and is very calm and capable under pressure. He also has a great way of explaining the law which is often really hard to parse. Ben’s referrals to other professionals were also spot on: they were equally kind and ethical people. In sum, I’m so grateful when a lawyer in my community retired, that she recommended Ben. Ben is an exceptional and rare quality of human that is both professionally and emotionally intelligent with immense regard to moral integrity. He assisted my family with a settlement of my late father’s estate that spanned across three different state lines and was up front about all possible outcomes. He stayed in touch, and brokered a fair and timely settlement in a very complicated family situation. If I could give six stars id give them all.
