I would NOT recommend using Martha B Spalding. We went to her because we had evidence of the trustee acting in bad faith, hiding money, and not distributing funds as directed. She discouraged us from removing the trustee, instead she would distribute the funds. She did not return phone calls or emails and as a result nearly half a million dollars sat in her account for nearly a month.
