The complex right next to my house had two big pine trees and the branches of the trees hangover on my two story house and damaged my roof. A lot of roots were also extended to the side of my property, lifting up my walkway and my fence. For years I asked the management team of the complex (the HOA) to maintain and trim the branches and roots and they refused. I reported this issue to the City of Fremont and the City requested the HOA to maintain/trim their own trees but they also refused the request. I had three problems with my landlord and one with a housemate and Andrew Wolff guided me to a successful resolution of all these matters. Brenda the receptionist and Andrea were particularly supportive during the whole process. I had been hassled over and over to the point that I was about to give up, but Andrew stood by me.
