Ryan did his big one on my settlement. It was more than expected and done in a timely manner. Ryan was my second lawyer here after my first one left the firm. There may be some turnover with the staff but it worked out well in the end.

I'd give a negative ten stars if I could. To be clear, I did not hire Ratto. But I'd change the name to RATS if I could. I spoke with Christina, and she and the man she was working with (apparently an attorney or paralegal, someone who'd decide whether to take my case, etc.) lied to me about the status of my case! They said it had been closed...but they could help me in some way still if I just signed with them. I called the workers' comp number directly to find out whether this rather surprising and bad news were true. NOPE! And I didn't even share with you the first slimy attempted move: "Okay, just go ahead and sign the contract and we'll decide whether to take your case...oh...and can we have your social security number?"
